The original idea was to try to write a poem or song every day for a year. Now the idea is to write when I can. Hopefully that will be often. But sometimes life goes in other directions.

Let the words be spoken, sung, chanted, screamed,
Hear the words, hear the message,
pay attention,
be alert,
