Vapid is the word of the day.
Flat, dull.

no zest,
no spirit.

Just when I thought
I was at peace with myself,

That lets me know
That maybe I need to work
on my self esteem
and confidence
a tad more.
So I don’t feel
(wait for it)
vapid.
